This is an excellent book. If you are TTC after reading. It helped me understand my body. I will recommend to anyone.
No information has been used to my cycles and the prediction of ovulation length (because I am on the pill and try not to become pregnant). But it was incredibly informative and I believe all women should read to really understand how the body works.
I havent read attached some links that can help you before, during and after pregnancy.

I have read, and it implimented. I liked they are really qualified to teach others how to use it. This is a good technique to use and very effective. My only point of caution is required when you use it as birth control and breastfeeding, the risks of an accident are greater than the book gives due recognition.
